All DXM models are covered by a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
Warranty Coverage
Our vehicles are covered by a manufacturer warranty. The duration and terms are clearly stated in your sales agreement and delivery documents; coverage includes the chassis, motor, electronic control unit and charging system.
Battery Warranty
Battery packs are subject to separate warranty terms; capacity- and cycle-based warranty details are shared during the sales process.
Exclusions
User error, unauthorized intervention, accident damage and normal wear parts (tires, brake pads, etc.) are excluded from warranty.
