What is the range of the vehicles?
The DXM-3 offers 25 or 40 km depending on battery option; the DXM-4 offers 50 or 90 km. Actual range may vary with load, terrain and drive mode.
How long does charging take and how do I charge?
The DXM-3 fully charges in 2.5 hours from a standard outlet. The vehicles are compatible with household 220V outlets; no special charging infrastructure is required.
Do I need a driving license?
Requirements for low-speed electric vehicles vary by country and local regulations. Contact our team for guidance specific to your use case.
How does the pre-order process work?
Choose your model and configuration on the pre-order page and submit your request. Our team contacts you with pricing, production schedule and delivery details. No payment is taken at the pre-order stage.
How long is the warranty?
All models are covered by a manufacturer warranty; duration and terms are specified in your sales agreement. See our Warranty page or consult our team for details.
How are service and spare parts supported?
Our service network is currently being structured; during this phase, all technical support is provided directly by the manufacturer's engineering team. On-site support options are available for corporate fleets.
How does the DXM-4 receive software updates?
The DXM-4 supports OTA (over-the-air) updates; they download automatically when the vehicle is online. Pre-order customers get free software updates for 2 years.
